The UNCF-Ralph Lauren Scholarship was established to assist seniors in bridging the financial gap to complete their undergraduate college education. This scholarship will be disbursed in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 school year.
Recipients will be notified in writing within six weeks after the closing date.
In order to qualify for the UNCF-Ralph Lauren Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
*Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
*Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
*Have a demonstrated unmet, financial need as verified by their college or university.
*Be a college senior (class of 2021) at the time of completing this application.
*Be an African American student enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year HBCU.
Applications must be submitted online and include the following:
*A personal statement responding to, “How has your community service impacted your career interests?”
*A current transcript (unofficial).
*Two academic reference forms completed by professors.
