Akron Public School is providing scholarships for current high school seniors of Akron Public Schools who are in good standing. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, plan to attend an accredited U.S. based four year college or university during the 2016-2017 academic year, and have an unmet financial need.

To be considered for this scholarship, the student must:

1. complete student application form*

2. Invite two references (one recommendation must been from a school official and the other from a community leader) to submit recommendations online.

*To be fully considered for this award, candidates must upload a High School Transcript and submit an essay with their applications package
