The Ernest E. Just Biomedical Scholars Internship Program is a program component of the UNCF Ernest E. Just Life Science Initiative (EEJ). The vision of the EEJ is to produce a vibrant and productive life science ecosystem where African Americans and historically black colleges and universities can thrive at all levels and contribute to the global life science and biomedical research enterprise. We are dedicated to fully develping and promoting the scientific talent of African-Americans in the life sciences, and the biomedical research capacity of historically black colleges and universities that will impact the life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry
The internship program will support African American undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in biomedical and life science research through research experiences including summer internships at biopharmaceutical companies and leading academic research centers.
