Cantu will be sponsoring four virtual webinars for non-traditional college students who attend HBCU's.  The objective of the webinars are to help foster a positive mindset and life skills for participants to reach their fullest potential.  

Eligible students who attend at least two of the four webinars will be invited to apply for

one of 15 Cantu Beauty merit-based scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each.  

Applicants for the Program must meet the following criteria:

1. Be Black/African American, African/Latino, Latinx, Native American, or Asian/Pacific Islander American

2. Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

3. Meet at least one of the following conditions as a “non-traditional” student:

  • Delayed enrollment into college
  • Active military or veteran status
  • Financially independent
  • Employed full-time while enrolled
  • Have dependent(s) other than a spouse/is a single parent
  • Earned a GED or Certificate of Completion prior to enrolling in college
  • Attending college part-time

4. Be enrolled at an accredited, four-year HBCU

5. Have participated in at least two of the four Cantu Life Skills webinar series in the fall of 2021

If you meet the above criteria, please do the following:

1. Complete the UNCF Interest form so we have your information, only eligible students who attend two of the four webinars will be invited to apply for one of fifteen $5,000 Cantu Beauty merit-based scholarships. 

2. Register and attend at least two of the webinars by using the link below:

The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 pm-7:00 pm ET on the following dates: October 20; October 27, November 3, November 10
