The 2020-2021 Elaine B. Hancock Endowed Scholarship is open to African-American students at UNCF member institutions and/or Howard University. The determining criteria for the scholarship are as follows:

* Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

* College junior or senior attending eligible institutions as a full-time student.

* Have a financial need as verified by the Office of Financial Aid of the attending institution.

This is a renewable scholarship and will provide an award of $5,000 depending on the financial need of the student as verified by the attending University or College.
