The AT&T Foundation has announced the continuation of their scholarship program with UNCF to provide scholarships to African American students, who are dependents of current regular full-time active employees of AT&T, Inc. and its U.S. Subsidiaries. Applicants must be a high school senior (planning to enroll in and ultimately enroll-in) or an undergraduate student attending any U.S. accredited two or four-year college or university. The candidates must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
The applicants must be 26 years old or younger as of February 14, 2014. Dependents of senior managers and officers are not eligible. The awards of $2,500 will be granted to recipients attending a four-year college or university, $1,500 for students attending a two-year college and $2,000 for students attending a military academy.
The scholarships will be awarded for the 2014-2015 Academic year. Once again, the candidates must have a parent who is a current full-time employee of AT&T, Inc. and its U.S. Subsidiaries to be eligible for this program.
