About Eligibility and You
* You have graduated within the last five years.
* You will be graduating by May 2021
* You have an associate degree or a four-year degree.
* You are curious and flexible, with a collaborative mindset.

About the Role
* Each of the fellowships will be a one-year fellowship and provide company designated benefits.
* The fellowship is a gateway for positions within Swiss Re group or other partner companies in the insurance industry, however, employment beyond the one-year period is not guaranteed.
* You will be assigned to a coach, facilitating the onboarding to our team and providing you steer and guidance during your one-year fellowship.
* A well-thought-through curriculum has been prepared for you, underpinning your fellowship and easing your entrance into the insurance industry.
*The salary ranges from $65,000 -$80,000 for the fellowship.
About the Fellowships
Strategy and Risk Management
IT Development and Services
You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Strategy and the Senior Leadership team to help define, articulate and support corporate strategy for the region. You will frame and analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities and partner with the managers to drive execution, governance and communication. You will work collaboratively across the business to inform and influence decision making, ensuring alignment of tactical decision with the strategic objectives of the business.
You will be driving the key data initiatives leveraging deep dive analysis, segmentation and slicing and dicing of results to extract actionable insights. You will work with business to identify ways to achieve strategy using analytics and technology and improve conversion rate. You will provide business and customer insights based on data analysis and funnel conversions.
You will be in the unique position to nurture relationships for distribution partners, onboard new partner and the relationship as the partnerships and businesses grow over time. You will also be managing, reporting and tracking distribution partner results against our target KPIs. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization.
You will be working on several of the key technology initiatives leveraging cutting edge data, cloud and integration technologies. Working within Technology solution team, you will be involved in designing, developing or servicing end to end applications. You will be involved in dealing with Database, client side and server-side components, UI and integration of the application.
