The Pacific Northwest Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are residents of Washington or Oregon state, planning to enroll full-time in the fall of 2020 at any accredited two-year or four-year college or university.

Applicants for this program will meet the following criteria:

--Be a U.S. citizen who is African American, Native American, Latino/Hispanic American or Asian-Pacific Islander American.

--Possess grade point average of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.

Program applicants must (i) provide a letter of recommendation (ii) a one-page personal statement of career interest, (iii) current transcript, (iv) confirmation of college application, (v) list of honors, accomplishments, or extracurricular activities.
